Funciones principales

  • Cover reception desk essentials, answering phone, greeting and directing clients when they arrive and depart

  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Handle telephone switchboard

  • Provide high level concierge services to staff, clients and guests

  • Displays courtesy through professional customer service when dealing with problematic guests and difficult situations

  • Utilizes EMS system to manage and create room reservations and execute client requests

  • Provides reports and metrics

  • Maintain confidentiality pertaining to business matters

  • The Executive Receptionist & Concierge will also provide coverage based on the business needs of each department, such as customer volume and employee absence

  • Coordinate guest's access to the building and office.

  • Coordinate parking lots for guests.

Requisitos para el puesto

  • Professional of the careers of Executive Secretariat, Administration or related.

  • Handling of oral and written fluent English.

  • Availability to work face-to-face.
