Funciones principales
- Guarantee people management is being applied according to Peruvian Law.
- Definition of the job profile in coordination with dpt. manager.
- Recruitment process according to the commercial needs for payroll, outsourcing and service staff.
- Carry out key and sensitive recruitment process using recruitment website or headhunting.
- Time management ability to handle multiple job vacancies.
- Headcount budget review and assignment according to business and system applications.
- Onboarding and engagement management for new employees.
- Sales force support: talent map, development and training program.
- Provide feedback to managers to improve their relationship with employees.
- Development of wellness activities such as full day or award events.
- Talent map and Organizational culture
Requisitos para el puesto
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related.
- More than 2 years’ experience in human resources management.
- Experience with retail or sales recruitment process will be valued.
- Familiar with telecom devices environment and knowledge of local market brands.
- Advance English Level.
- Strong understanding of Peruvian employment legislation required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization.
- Effective organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated customer-service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Resourcefulness, initiative and time management.
- Ability to implement plans and programs.
- High commitment and availability to work according to the business necessities.
- Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure is a must.
- Understand and bring openness to different cultures.
